Dutch Harbor, Alaska

Worked on board commercial fishing vessels in the Bering sea, Gulf of Alaska, and North Pacific Ocean. Responsible for extensive data collection, as well as data entry and QA/QC. Worked alone or with a partner with little to no supervision. Extensive use of random sampling techniques, as well as dichotomous keys for species identification. Ability to work in remote locations, inclement weather conditions, and long or irregular hours.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Area

I worked full time performing various duties throughout the summer season. I would guard the pool on rotation with my fellow guards on staff. I would also assist with the set up and take down of beach chairs and umbrellas each day. I was also responsible for signing members and their guests into the pool. I also cleaned the pool areas.

Coastal Carolina University

I worked at the information desk answering questions through texts and phone calls. I became certified in Service Excellence through the University's Feel the Teal initiative. I would also work special promotional events for the University.

Conway, Sc

I worked in the office of the University Honors Program doing tasks such as filing, making copies, and shredding. I would run errands for those in the office. I also helped prepare for and execute the induction ceremony for the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society each spring.
