• Partnering line managers in delivering smooth processes across every employee journey
• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ie. Payroll, international moves, parental leave.
• Managing joiner, mover, leaver lifecycle, ie. Exit interviews

• Managing the employee’s lifecycle information and documentation of both global and local employees.
• Managing global and local employee transactions in HR systems (Workday) ie. TUPE transfers, CLOC moves
• Execute reports for stakeholders and audit purposes: Tracking siibs, Attrition rates, Talent Cards
• Handling Service Now cases by analysing the different scenarios, creating a positive impact on the Employee Experience, and advising appropriate actions. ie. Issuing letters
