As a Learning & Development Analyst, my role was to support Consultants by developing and applying relevant skills and knowledge that added value to the client organisation and contributed to the delivery of contracted services and/or deliverables to the agreed quality. I engaged with clients, at a tactical level, and on a small group or individual basis as part of projects. This engagement took place primarily during data collection and analysis activities and routine project coordination tasks. While developing my knowledge and skills of training development, I worked under the supervision of more senior staff, demonstrating professionalism and commitment at all times. As a graduate, I was expected to support and add value to specific aspects such as research methodologies and to contribute to project reports and deliverables. I carried out Quality Assessment of my own work and the work of others to ensure appropriate quality standards were met.I spent seven weeks based out in the United Arab Emirates during which I was assisting a Senior Consultant. My main task was that of data inputting, including sorting and checking the data. I also had to be continuously carrying out Quality Assessment of the product.
