I graduated from Johnson & Wales University and began working as a private chef in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Shortly after, I moved to New York City where I was a chef for multiple catering companies. I had the opportunity to move to Massachusetts to develop a concept for a space in a small community. There, I created a cafe and catering company that served the South Shore, Cape Cod, and Islands. In my current role, I run both the cafe and the catering company. I oversee and manage everything from hiring staff, to inventory and ordering, advertising and marketing, event planning, menu creation and execution, costing and analysis, vendor and customer relationships and permitting. Currently I am an MBA candidate for December 2021, with a concentration in entrepreneurship.
