I am student with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences focalized in Editing, Writing, and Media with a minor in Communications. I currently am in the Florida State University Master's program specialized in Rhetoric & Composition. My experience in the writing industry includes a role as a Story Editor for a comic book company, and am presently the Editorial Assistant for Thin Veil Press and Managing Editor for Black Thoughts Editorial Services. I previously served as the Intern Coordinator for the English Department at Florida State and interned for the editorial and social media teams at Southeast Review, as well as roles such as the President of the Society For Collegiate Journalists and founded a small business titled Chronicles & Coffee dedicated to supporting authors/writers of any publishing path. In customer service I have experience as an Art Assistant for a home decor business that taught guided classes. I also have experience as a cashier, hostess, and bartender at multiple restaurants, as well as in the retail industry at Free People, a clothing store under the URBN company. These customer service roles, alongside working as a reception coordinator at Sun & Sea Weddings, has built my community leadership skills, communication values, and societal and cultural awareness.
