Brand Spanking is an activation agency dedicated to connecting people and brands by creating opportunities for interaction using experiential marketing, social media, product sampling, retail activation, and sponsorship programmes. Clients include 2degrees, Pepsi, Jack Daniels, Gatorade, ASB, Mountain Dew, Almond Breeze, BCITO, Turners and Growers, and more.As South Island Regional Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the Lower and Upper South Island Coordinators. My role focussed on managing, maintaining, recruiting, training, booking and field managing Ambassadors on activations. The role also extended into assisting the wider operations team with assets, insights, field management and ongoing/upscaling staff training systems.

Overseeing brand ambassadors in Christchurch and Upper South Island regions ensuring shifts are filled, staff are trained and activations run smoothly. General management tasks included internal hiring and ongoing training, on-site shift visits and organising collateral.

This involved representing and embodying a diverse range of brand identities in appearance, demeanor, values, and ethics to help increase brand awareness and sales.

Box Design is a letterbox manufacturing company based in Christchurch. They produce New Zealand's smartest letterboxes, simple to install, with a sleek, solid, and secure design.As Business Administrator and Operations Manager, my role was to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the company. Key responsibilities• Communicating with hardware stores, architects, body corporates, developers, and the general public regarding product specifications, inquiries, quotes, and sales.• Overseeing the production and manufacturing of Box Design’s products and the dispatch of orders.• Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and overseeing the monthly ordering of materials, as well as both monthly and annual material forecasts.• Managing Box Design’s business accounts on a daily basis, including PAYE, bank reconciliations, GST, monthly and annual financials and reports, and budgeting. • Developing better workplace systems, policies, and procedures to increase business revenue.
