My role focussed on managing, maintaining, recruiting, training, booking and field managing Ambassadors on activations. The role also extended into assisting the wider operations team with assets, insights, field management and ongoing/upscaling staff training systems.

Key responsibilities• Communicating with hardware stores, architects, body corporates, developers, and the general public regarding product specifications, inquiries, quotes, and sales.• Overseeing the production and manufacturing of Box Design’s products and the dispatch of orders.• Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and overseeing the monthly ordering of materials, as well as both monthly and annual material forecasts.• Managing Box Design’s business accounts on a daily basis, including PAYE, bank reconciliations, GST, monthly and annual financials and reports, and budgeting. • Developing better workplace systems, policies, and procedures to increase business revenue.
