About Olivia Byza, Phd

I am the founder of Dr. Byza Relationship Coaching, offering workshops that are designed to improve relationship happiness, health, and resilience. Based on the newest and validated studies, my clients learn essential skills to heal and strengthen their connection.I have been coaching clients since 2012, while consistently working on my academic development (PHD in organizational psychology in 2018, Stanford continuing studies in counseling psychology in 2015, M.A. in organizational psychology and coaching in 2012, BA in media psychology in 2008.)I am also the founder of Byza Consulting LLC in San Francisco. In this role I coached international clients in choosing the right career path, self-discovery as well as relationship and life goal development.Before that, I worked in Germany as a coach in cooperation with Hamburger BeraterContor and as a visiting professor at the Fresenius University of Applied Science in Hamburg.
