• Customize Salesforce setup including; managing user profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows/automated processes• Design and create executive dashboards and reports that drive informed business decisions• Perform weekly data uploads, data maintenance, and cleaning activities using data cleansing tools such as Cloud Dingo• Manage internal Salesforce helpdesk to provide application users with technical support and resolving tickets on a weekly basis• Lead Salesforce.com major and minor monthly releases for the company, including release cycle testing and end user feature training

• Understand and communicate business challenges as well as the solution vision to stakeholders• Explain and educate the solution with the user community• Collaborate with partners to define and refine system requirements• Establish the priority of requirements for delivery to ensure value• Coordinate and manage the User Acceptance Testing group to validate that the end-to-end business processes operate as expected• Provide support to end users after project completion

• Customize MS Dynamics database by creating forms, reports, system dashboards, and automated workflows that improve process effectiveness and sales leadership visibility• Run and interpret reports weekly for sales leadership team that outline pipeline progression and regression as well as individual quota targets• Conduct quarterly CRM training and create corresponding documentation that educates users in system navigation and new processes• Support sales team by troubleshooting user issues and solving CRM questions• Plan, manage, and evaluate Comm-Works’ appearance at all trade shows
