Summer 2024 Teacher’s Aid, Peas In A Pod Nursery, Saugus, MassachusettsIn the summer of 2024, I served as a Teacher’s Aid in a Pre-K classroom at Peas In A Pod Nursery. My role consisted of supporting both students and teachers to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. I assisted with classroom management, maintained a clean and organized space, and guided students with their assignments while preparing educational materials. This experience was crucial involving educational support and classroom management, while maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere for children.

I consistently greeted and warmly welcomed customers while efficiently scheduling and managing their current and future appointments. I maintained a clean and enriching workspace to enhance the customer experience and resolved any conflicts with technicians effectively. Additionally, I organized and managed the register with precision and handled a multi-line phone system.

I used product knowledge to help customers with their product questions, kept the workspace clean, and greeted everyone with a friendly attitude. I gave useful product recommendations, answered any questions, and made sure the environment was welcoming. Along with that, I was well skilled on the register.
