I have worked at a variety of events that have given me a broad range of experience, that include:• Royal Ascot • Cheltenham Festival • Chelsea Flower Show• The Oval Cricket Ground• Twickenham Stadium • Silverstone Aston Martin Headquarters Across multiple events, at all these venues, I have been part of the 'Hit Squad' as well as waitressing.• Being part of the 'Hit Squad' has enabled me to develop my leadership and people management skills, in a high pressure, fast paced environment. • At Royal Ascot 2022 and 2023 I was given the role of 'Hit Squad Team Leader' which lead me to build strong relationships with my colleagues and strengthen my communication and time management skills.• Waitressing in a variety of locations exposed me to a wide range of customers and teams, broadening my customer service experience, and enriching my teamwork skills.
