Senior Solution Architect on Data and AIThe main responsibilities of this job are:- Design and implement AI LLM solutions that suit customer senarios including POC and Delivery- keep up with the latest technological developments and product updates, and provide customers with the best solutions and support- Participate in AI marketing activities as key technical speacker.- Train and guide customers' technical teams to familiarize themselves with and use Microsoft Data and AI product and OpenAI's platform and tools.The main achievements are:- Designed and implemented an enterprise RAG customer service system based on OpenAI for a well-known cross-border e-commerce platform, improving customer satisfaction and conversion rates- Delivery Cultural Travel Robot based on Finetuned GLM- Delivery Appliance intention recognition robot based on SLM Phi2/Phi3- Designed and implemented OpenAI-based securities consulting solutions for multiple top financial institutions to improve enterprise-level information retrieval and research report writing efficiency- Designed and implemented an OpenAI-based biological report analysis system for a top biopharmaceutical company, improving pharmacological report retrieval and rule extraction, pharmacological conclusion inference efficiency.- Designed and implemented OpenAI-based financial analysis and intelligent customer service systems for multiple manufacturing companies.
