Within this role, I work hard to simplify, consolidate, and organize existing data and report structures. I also work to develope customized reporting based on individual client needs using data in a variety of platforms. I focus on merging financial and performance related data, to provide dashboards that give clear line of site and visibility to desired metrics. Through problem solving and customization, I have streamlined reporting processes and provided tools with reliable, repeatable outputs.

In my role at Full Focus I have the privilege of managing all things data. I have worked to structure and manage the functional reporting suite used to provide dashboards and analytics for all departments, and executive leadership. My datasets are comprehensive and robust, giving visibility into marketing analytics and attribution models, Sales data, FP&A reporting, trend analysis, and business insights and KPIS for daily, weekly, and monthly consumption. I have also worked closely with all areas of the company to roll out multiple platform changes, business structure changes, and the development of new forecasting models and inventory management systems.

In my role with Aetna/CVS I developed a solid reporting structure used to manage internal and external vendor processes. I developed an automated series of reports that were used to support department metrics and employee tracking. I designed, built, and trained over 500 employees on a SharePoint site used to house all data, libraries, lists and reporting for the department. I also developed a process for accurately tracking and reporting all vendor invoices. I was the first time company history to develope an accurate method for tracking vendor bills that allowed for internal and vendor visibility, and cost savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars in previous overpayment.I worked with my team to support all lines of business including our offshore vendors with all data and reporting requirements. I spearheaded the roll out of new reporting solutions in Power Query and Power BI in our department that brought efficiencies, accuracy and visibility into previously more manual and time consuming processes. I am very self motivated and constantly work to grow and expand my knowledge and abilities. I am passionate about finding creative solutions to difficult problems.
