As an apprentice at Blacks Solicitors, I am working and studying at the same time. During my 6 year apprenticeship, I am working towards a Law Degree with the aim to sit my SQEs. I am also rotating through different departments which supplies me with invaluable practical experience and insight into the different areas of the firm. I am currently in my third seat in the Risk & Compliance team. I gained 6 months experience assisting on client matters in the Private Wealth & Succession team as my second seat. For my first seat, I sat in the Planning team within the Real Estate department where I gained 17 months experience. Prior to joining Blacks Solicitors, I qualified as a Paralegal (via CILEX) at Plexus Law and gained four years of experience in the Occupational Disease team.
