As a driven and dedicated student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University, I am passionate about applying my leadership skills and analytical mindset to engineering. I am a member of the National Society of Black Engineers and the Institute for Industrial and Systems Engineers, which allow me to explore my professional interests and maintain a sense of community within my profession. Before attending ISU, I worked towards my Bachelor's in Applied Technology + Applied Mathematics, which I completed in May 2024. My experience at WPU as the 2024 President of the Student Government Association and the Engineering + Technology Club has honed my team collaboration, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Throughout my academic career, I have balanced rigorous studies with athletics, earning the distinction of class valedictorian while competing as a scholar-athlete in volleyball, golf, and basketball. My involvement in sports has instilled in me valuable lessons in patience, resilience, and the importance of continuous improvement—qualities that I carry into my professional aspirations.I am particularly interested in opportunities that focus on continuous improvement, data representation, and quality assurance. My goal is to contribute positively to an international company where I can inspire and support my colleagues in overcoming everyday challenges.
