Managed and maintained a clean and organized office setting, managed the front desk, checked patients in and out for their appointments, printed out all lab orders/radiology orders for patients, cancelled and rescheduled appointments, answered phones and assisting with all patient’s needs, mailed prescriptions for doctors, entered billing codes for all providers, managed all co-pay deposits for the clinic and referral management
