As an accounts executive in the media sales department, my responsibilities mainly include:+ Establishing and maintaining relationship with clients+ Achieving sales targets by directing and optimizing media budgets from other companies toward multi-platform advertising products under the Lippo Group.+ Overseeing and optimizing the advertising placements in the following media - First Media (premium pay-TV) - Suara Pembaruan - Jakarta Globe - Berita Satu - Events - etc+ Presenting and updating clients with newest products and data from the company.

American Campus Magazine is a start-up print publication geared towards prospective international students interested in pursuing higher education in the United States. This magazine is distributed as inserts of other publications in China, India, Mexico and Canada, and also publishes content on their website, www.americancampusmag.com. My responsibilities include:+ Maintaining and creating content for their social media account.+ Designing the rate card for their advertising sales.+ Designing email blasts and newsletters promoting advertising opportunities.

AdLab is the nation's largest full-service, student-run advertising agency. As a part of this agency's executive-board, my responsibilities within this agency include:+ Overseeing 7 teams working for different clients, namely Ericsson, Scoozi, The National League of Women Voters, Cambridge Historical Tours, the Travis Roy Foundation, New England Anti Vivisection Society, and Boston University's class gift committee.+ Ensuring the quality of creative strategies and works produced by these teams.+ Taking over the jobs whenever necessary. To assist one of the teams with their rushed job order, I created ads for the League of Women Voters, which will be featured in the Boston Globe and the MBTA.

Worked with our client, the National League of Women Voters, in the largest student-run advertising agency. I won AdLab's "Best Art Director" award for my work during this time and I was responsible for:+ Attending meetings with the clients to discuss the direction of the creative work.+ Concepting & creating promotional materials for their MOVE2016 campaign, an effort to encourage voter participation amongst the youth.+ The completion of 5 different job orders, including a logo design, two postcard-sized flyers, a social media display picture, and a video contest flyer.

Though I'm officially the office assistant for that class, I basically work closely with Professor Safoura Rafeizadeh in putting together learning materials for all her classes. This professor is an expert in typography and editorial design. My responsibilities include:+ Assisting the professor in obtaining information and videos to be used as part of the learning materials for her classes.+ Editing videos and creating Powerpoint presentations for class lectures.

Design & Interactive Experiences (CM523) is a class offered in BU's college of communication, which teaches beginner-level students how to design for the web. My responsibilities for this job include:+ Assisting the professor in noting down the lecture information and creating sample problems for the students.+ Assisting students in learning programming languages such as HTML, CSS and Javascript during in-class exercises.+ Holding regular office hours for students to approach me with any questions they may have about the learning materials.+ Meeting students for personal appointments whenever they need further explanation of the coursework or help with their app development projects.

For this internship, I worked in the accounts team that handles promotional materials for Quaker Oats, Nippon Paint, Exxon Mobil, Sequis, etc. My responsibilities for this internship included:+ Attending client meetings for Nippon Paint and writing the contact reports for these meetings.+ Creating important agency documents such as creative briefs and job requests.+ Creating Powerpoint Presentations for clients as well as competitive analysis presentations.+ Translating Exxon Mobil's promotional materials from English to Indonesian.+ Compiling a list of potential KOLs for Quaker Oats.+ Searching for the contact information of many Indonesian celebrities and calling their agents to find out their hourly rates for event appearances.
