- Complete various patient care tasks: trach ties changes, CHG baths, straight catherization, monitoring and documenting vital signs, collecting blood glucose samples, and administer medications via IV, IM, and GT.- Work collaboratively in a team environment with RNs, RTs, and MDs to ensure all patients are well tended to. - Ability to effectively complete patient charting, receiving and sending of labs, and relaying crucial information in a timely manner.

Performs nursing assistant responsibilities including ADLs (bathing, feeding, transporting, toileting, ambulating, turning and repositioning patients).Performs point of care testing (blood glucose), weights, vital signs, I&Os, telemetry monitor application/reapplication, HAC & PSI prevention, simple dressings, placements and removal of restraints, bladder scan, and all specimen collections.
