In my role as Systems Specialist, I lead efforts to leverage the Global Launch Services technology stack to optimize business processes and provide data on projects across the Global Campus Network, with the goal of improving communication and increasing team efficiency.My day to day work includes:- Meeting with stakeholders to understand their needs.-Mapping out existing processes and identifying areas for improvement and process inefficiencies.-Re-designing processes in an iterative manner.-Mocking up wireframe/prototype solutions to process inefficiencies.-Implementing solutions to process inefficiencies using existing software.-Managing the team's digital communications such as our SharePoint site.

In my role as Assistant Director of Global Launch Services, I help the University continue to expand its Global Network. I put to use my skills in process design, technology, data analysis, project management, and communication to improve the success rates of new initiatives. I helped to design and manage a complex workflow process to capture new initiatives and route them to the correct teams.

For the summer of 2015 I worked as a web content writer for the Howard Gottlieb Archival Research Center at Boston University's Mugar Memorial Library.The Archive contains collections of original letters, documents, and other work of great writers, actors, activists, journalists, etc. I was in charge of researching specific collections within the archives and then writing up a brief and formal description for the HGARC website to interest potential researchers.

I created the website and all social media channels and web pages for my mother's small business, Gabriele's Hand Designs. She specializes in floral design for weddings. Besides website formatting I provided written content as well as video and photo content for her website and social media networks.
