Oversee all activities related to member development programming. I work with the candidates for membership during the orientation program as well as the chapter as a whole at all times throughout the year planning overall member activities and events. Plan an annual sisterhood 2 day retreat involving planning activities for over 200 members. Utilize budgeting to allocate proper money accurately and realistically for events.

I participated in various panels from other areas of law. I was able to listen to attorneys involved in everything from Family Law, Appellate law, Public Interest Law, Civil Law, and more. I also attended the 4th District Court of Appeal oral arguments, took a tour of a Federal Courthouse of the Southern District of Florida and then another of the South Palm Beach County Courthouse., as well as the Palm Beach County Jail.

Lead a group of students to empower marginalized youth in the East Gainesville area to become business leaders through a series of workshops and a pitch competition. Setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.

Helped facilitate group events and activities to boost overall morale in the organization. Helped build their community through social activities while fostering a sense of community spirit.
