Nonprofit Services Coordinator
CurrentThis position concerns implementing revolutionary foodbanking technology, Oasis Insight, with nonprofit partner agencies. As the fourth largest independent Food Bank in the United States, the San Diego Food Bank works with over 500 nonprofit partners and thousands of staff and volunteers. I have personally trained over 200 volunteers and staff members of many ages, genders, and cultures in both English and Spanish on Oasis Insight to ensure sustainability of the project. As the primary Oasis Insight contact for our partner agencies, I have actively nurtured and sustained effective relationships with site leads. Regular participation in weekly team and department meetings is a key aspect of my role, where I am able to communicate project updates, address potential barriers, and share opinions and ideas for other projects.
