About Olivia Dufourq

I recently completed my Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology, working with a range of clients at Pace Health Management. I am always eager to assist client's and provide them with the best evidence based care to manage and/or treat a range of conditions. I currently work as a Gymnastics Coach within the competitive stream and have been in the field for 8 years. I find assisting athletes with their skills and seeing them reach their goals very fulfilling. I am passionate about teaching athletes how exercise can make them stronger and reduce the risk of injury. I am also a Group Trainer at Body Fit Training in Cranbourne, taking the general population through exercise to aid their goals which include muscle building, strength and weight loss. I use my communication skills to deliver coaching cues, education around the benefits and assist behavioural change. In my spare time I am striving for performance goals in the areas of strength and testing my physical capabilities. I just completed my goal to run a 10km at the Mornington Running Festival last April and a Half Marathon in the 2023 2XU Wellness Run! My next goal is to race at HYROX.
