TA Leader, Technical Recruiter, & Sourcer🌱 | 🌉Bay Area Native Oftentimes when you hear about how people get into recruiting they will say they "fell" into it. Well, I didn't just fall into the recruiting and HR space, it felt like a pretty clear path for me because I have had the chance to learn from the best, my own direct family who all have worked in Talent and HR their entire careers. In fact, I consider myself so lucky that some of my best mentors are my own family members who are just a phone call or text away 🙂More about me: I’m a passionate, driven, results oriented talent professional with a decade of experience spanning the full recruiting lifecycle. Having started my career in sourcing, I am a firm believer that a strong foundation in top-of-funnel engagement can build thoughtful, effective, and lasting relationships with people to help them find the right job at the right time. After spending over half a decade as a sourcer, I have now leaned into leading both full cycle recruiting and diversity recruiting/sourcing teams. I have had the lucky opportunity to work at both scrappy startups and on TA Orgs ranging from 0 to thousands. Having built and partnered with a range of teams, I have a unique understanding of how the best TA organizations scale, operate, and ultimately hire the most successful talent.Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my son, husband and pup, rewatching seinfeld, doing yoga, hiking a new trail in the bay area, or scoping out a new ramen spot or Michelin rated restaurant.
