With over 8 years of work experience in public service, I am a Police Control Room Supervisor at Lancashire Constabulary, where I oversee the daily operations of the control room staff and ensure the effective coordination of police resources and responses. I use my skills in managerial, law enforcement, and criminal intelligence to handle complex and high-risk incidents, provide guidance and support to the operators and officers, and liaise with other agencies and partners. I am passionate about serving the community and upholding the values of integrity, respect, and professionalism. I am also a qualified swimming instructor and lifeguard, having worked for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for 5 years, where I taught swimming lessons to children and adults, and ensured the safety and well-being of the pool users. I have a bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Central Lancashire, and I am interested in pursuing further education and training in the field of policing and security.
