Neben dem Erarbeiten der technischen Spezifikationen und Projektzielen mit demKunden gehörten auch die Führung des Projektteams (2-4 Personen) und Projektcontrollingzu meinen Aufgaben. Ich durfte während dieser Zeit über ein dutzendmittelgrosse IT-Projekte realisieren, die alle termin- und budgetgerecht eingeführtwerden konnten. Darunter waren unter anderen:• Elektronisches Amtsblatt für das Fürstentum Liechtenstein (amtsblatt.llv.li)• Antragsverwaltung für eine grosse Schweizer Stiftung• Bedarfsplanungstool für ein Heilpädagogisches Zentrum--I was responsible for evaluating the technical specifications and project goals withthe client in addition to leading the project team (between 2 and 4 people) and projectcontrolling. During this time, I got the opportunity to implement over a dozenmedium-sized IT projects, all of which were completed on time and on budget.These included:• Official E-publications for the principality of Liechtenstein (amtsblatt.llv.li)• Applicationmanagement for a large Swiss foundation• Demand planning for a remedial care center

Zu meinen Aufgaben gehörte das Umsetzen von massgeschneiderten Webapplikationen mit Groovy/Grails und dem firmen-internen Framework Gipsy, sowie die Gestaltung des Frontends mit HTML, CSS und JavaScript, basierend auf dem kunden- oder projektspezifischen CI/CD.--My tasks included the development of bespoke web applications for Business/Enterprise clients using Groovy/Grails and the company's in-house framework Gipsy, as well as the design and layout of the frontend with HTML, CSS und JavaScript, based on the project- or client-specific CI/CD.

I was pleased and honoured to work with the CF&PI team in Strategic Marketing at Hilti HQ on the local Brand Shop. Over this year, I created a local POS solution for the transition period & designed a digitization strategy for the shop moving forward.
