I meticulously maintain documentation and files, performing audits and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems and other databases are integral parts of my role. I generate reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and union contract rules. As a process owner for assigned tasks, I provide support to store leaders and colleagues, troubleshooting and monitoring processes for efficiency.Handling complex verifications, such as Equal Employment Department unemployment claims and subpoenas, requires attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
