Led on comms and digital marketing strategy, with ownership of all digital channels and campaigns, and used these to amplify the voices of crisis affected communities to raise awareness and drive donations. Responsible for creating content on the ground in disaster zones and refugee camps, with an approach that blended raw realism and a focus on resilience within a humanitarian crisis. Content produced was used to spotlight the complexities of humanitarian crises without sensationalism across the appropriate channel including website, social and digital and press. Managed and developed full-scope marketing and communications projects, prioritising risk, data evaluation, and impact. Trained teams in storytelling that aligned with organisational goals, while crafting persuasive copy, managing press and driving engagement and traffic across platforms.

Recruited to support the creation of a national TV advert, I led a team of five storytellers and ensured authentic representation by interviewing participants and capturing powerful stories. I also conducted additional storytelling interviews and collaborated with the press team to share these stories across various media channels. These narratives were used throughout the campaign, including in B-roll footage and the advert itself.
