Hi, my name is Olivia Forish and I am currently an employee at Orcutt I Winslow, working primarily on k-12 educational projects and Capital Master Plans while pursuing an Architectural License. I recently graduated from Arizona State University with a Master of Architecture, where I focused my studies on innovative urban architecture solutions, greenhouse design, and the integration of sustainable farming in the built environment. My undergraduate education was at Appalachian State University, where I received a BS in Building Sciences with a concentration in Architectural Technology and Design and a minor in Sustainable technology. My previous professional experience includes an internship with IONCON, a sustainable engineering firm in Boone, NC, and a student architectural Internship with IDEXlab, the Integrative Design Experience Laboratory at Appalachian State.My greatest passion as a designer is creating spaces and opportunities that build local communities, whether that be through the educational work I do in the office, or my commitment to strengthening sustainable food networks in the greater Phoenix area. I hope that the work I do each day continues to have a positive impact on the people and environment around me.
