Hello. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island earning my Bachelors of Science degree in Culinary Science and Product Development. I also minored in Food Studies. I was born and raised in northern New Jersey about 20 minutes outside of Manhattan. My family and I moved to the West Hartford area of Connecticut in June of 2021. I have worked in two grocery stores, a restaurant and a cupcake shop. I would love to work with a company to create healthier frozen meals, create meals that are fast and easy for the working mom and maybe one day have my own cookbook and cooking show on the Food Network or the Cooking Channel.Food and cooking have always been a big passion of mine since I was little. I knew early on that I wanted a career in the culinary industry when I grew up. Many years later my dream is becoming a reality. I have many family recipes that have been created over the years and that have also been passed down through the generations. My goal one day if to create a cook book with all these recipes so that I can share this love of food and cooking with the rest of the world. This cookbook will also be a good way to preserve all my favorite family recipes for future generations.
