My role at thebigword consists of Linguist recruitment, Administration and customer service. I will be given daily requirements for a translator/interpreter and I will then need to find the most cost efficient and Highest Quality linguists within the set deadlines. These deadlines will often be less than an hour, so it is key to stay calm and work efficiently to get the task complete on time.
