This journey led me to co-found 760 Skin, a brand dedicated to creating sustainable, natural, and effective skincare products.At 760 Skin, we focus on offering products that are scientifically backed, cruelty-free, vegan, and ethically sourced.   As a cofounder of 760 Skin, I play a multifaceted role in driving the company's success and growth. My responsibilities span product development, marketing, creative direction, strategic planning, and operations. In product development, I collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create innovative skincare products, work closely with experts to ensure high-quality formulations, oversee testing phases, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. On the marketing front, I define and refine our brand identity and messaging, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, build relationships with media and influencers for positive publicity, and create initiatives to engage and build a loyal customer community.In terms of creative direction, I oversee the brand’s visual identity, direct high-quality content creation for marketing campaigns and digital platforms, ensure our digital presence offers an intuitive and engaging user experience, and craft compelling brand stories that resonate with our audience. Strategically, I contribute to the company's long-term goals and vision, lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, establish strategic partnerships to expand our reach, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Additionally, I manage operations and logistics, overseeing procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products, implement rigorous quality control processes, and manage inventory levels for cost efficiency and minimal waste. My dedication lies in driving 760 Skin’s mission to provide innovative, high-quality skincare products while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
