I am a full-time student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Majoring in Business Administration with a double concentration in Management and Human Resources. I have made the Deans list for five semester consecutively and have been granted the Chancellor Scholarship through the University. Currently I am a Human Resources Intern for Scott Residential Management LLC. Before being an HR Intern, I worked retail for a little over a year, those positions taught me the importance of customer service and the use of communication to help others. My first job was being a Volleyball coach to young girls, which helped me find the significance of creating connections with those you work with and aiding development through encouragement and patience.
