As a lifelong student with a vested interest in mindfulness, meditation and ritual, I am a honored to be a research designer and writer at 3rd Ritual. Shaped by Taoist, yogic and design philosophies, 3rd Ritual creates mindful objects, botanical blends, and esoteric content that make meaning from the ordinary. We strive to cultivate a more connected and mystical way of life through research, innovation and practice. I conduct visual research spanning esoteric books, fine art, film & video and beyond, creating digital design assets using InDesign and Photoshop to create a social schedule on Planoly for Instagram. I write original copy and source meaningful quotes, researching the historical and cultural context behind modern rituals.

I truly loved and valued my time as a designer at BRADLEY, a bespoke, to-the-trade furniture showroom where all production was in-house and hand made by expert local artisans. Here, I learned a lot about being a multi-faceted creative. Not only was I assisting the founder Michelle Bradley with designing, scaling and customizing furniture for our high-end clientele, but I was also the social media manager and our web designer/tech guru. After redesigning BRADLEY's online presence (website, email marketing and social media), I designed and produced each of our editorial photoshoots, while managing our biannual High Point Market presence (from moodboarding to designing the layout and floor plan of the space and how to create interactive experiences for new and returning clients, designing the printed furniture lookbooks, target marketing to designers, etc.) and working with the High Point Market staff on high-pressure tasks and deadlines. Working and wearing many hats at BRADLEY was an honor and a challenge that always kept me on my feet.
