I began my time at Snap Fitness as a front desk employee and was promoted to management position within 3 months. In this position, I implemented innovative marketing campaigns that boosted brand awareness and generated sales leads. I onboarded new employees with training and new hire documentation as well as established team priorities, maintained schedules, and monitored performance of current employees. However, I did not only deal with employees, an important part of my job was also creating a relationship with our customers and help us gain more. I worked hard to enhance customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

As a marketing assistant, I managed and improved customer traffic by posting on all company social media platforms. I also designed and promoted social media and email message advertisements twice weekly. Additionally, I monitored and kept up-to-date product inventory to ensure I was promoting the products with the most extensive stock.
