Black Squirrel Studios is a professional photography studio specializing in portraits of people in our modern age. She has created and retouched photography for clients including POPSUGAR Must Have, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, SF Superbowl 50, Google, Sonic Drive-In, Cheetos, Cisco, and many others. Previously, she attended Miami Ad School in the art direction program.

I assist Claude in organization, creativity and execution of our projects, including a website for The Vineyardist, an art project for Hellman & Friedman and portraits for the magazine DOT429. We also created a deck of cards for The Wronglers, a bluegrass band.

My main duties are to assist the photographer, Claude Shade, with scheduling shoots, setting up lighting and camera equipment and retouching images. I am also the photographer for our company events. I have retouched over 100 portraits for the employee page of our website as well as images for SF Superbowl Pitch, Nickelodeon Mom, Google Mailing, Pop Sugar Must Have Boxes and the artist poster for Hardly Strictly Bluegrass.

I am the creator of the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Application which has over 15,000 downloads yearly. I have created the branding design for several companies, including: Energy Innovation LLC, RecipeBox and Electric Chicken Social Media. I also take personal projects from friends who need images created. I recently completed an engagement present for Mimi Kingsley, as well as fine art photography for her home.
