• Develop, implement & evaluate marketing plans for volleyball and softball.• Coordinate game day presentation and marketing operations for football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and baseball. • Use Click Effects music software to play warm-up and in-game music for volleyball and softball. • Produce and schedule radio, television, and newspaper advertising spots for volleyball and softball. • Prepare all print pieces for volleyball and softball, this includes schedule posters, season-ticket pieces, schedule cards, schedule magnets. • Manage Red Wave, the student group for WKU Athletics. Oversee the student executive board and plan promotional events for students while managing the organization’s budget. • Utilize all social media platforms. Including three twitter accounts: @WKUSports, @WKUBigRed, and WKURedWave. One Instagram account: @WKUSports. Two Facebook accounts: /WKUAthletics and /WKUBigRed• Develop unique ways to engage fans on all social media platforms. (Video, photography, gifs)• Coordinate “Hilltoppers with Heart” program, including community service events for student-athletes to further player development. This includes tracking over 2,000 community service hours for 11 different programs. Lead and oversee our undergraduate interns

• Provide customer service for fine dining experience• Memorize menu and how food is prepared to communicate to customers at table

• Prepare mailings to various high schools and recruits• Input possible prospects in Recruiting Radar• Conduct campus tours to visiting prospects and provide them with any necessary information• Organize and facilitate events hosted by football team, to include, senior players’ recognition during games, camps, spring game, alumni golf scramble, and women’s clinic• Prepare travel binder for every football game for Director of Operations, to include hotel information, itinerary, media guides, manifests, players traveling, and plane information• Assist assistant coaches with individual recruiting mail• Travel with team to the Popeye’s Bahamas Bowl to assist Director of Football Operations

• Aid in creating training agendas and sessions for student supervisors and officials• Coordinate and lead officials’ training in various sports such as soccer, flag football, and basketball• Evaluate officials’ on mechanics, rules knowledge, and overall performance• Revise and update supervisor forms, to include nightly reports, ejection forms, and forfeiture processes• Submit participation numbers, payroll, and accident/incident reports via Google Docs

• Organize umpires’ schedules and payroll• Call teams and organize tournaments• Create and distribute brackets for playoffs• Provide parents, coaches, and players with necessary information
