Progression was a key feature of this programme and I feel that my skills developed every day. As a campaign we were mystery shopped on a regular basis and so excellent customer services is vital. I believe that the customer’s needs always come first and I took pride in finding the best solution for the customer. The programme was 100% performance based and so goals and targets was something I learnt to take accountability for and began to motivate me. Furthermore, the programme required 12 hour days, 6 days a week and so I have shown my dedication to hitting not only my own goals but targets set as a campaign. I have really enjoyed going on business trips to different locations in the U.K and networking with the best people on the campaign. I have acquired many skills which are transferable to many businesses and developed a wide range of people skills. Show less
