Drawing inspiration from the popular Peaky Blinders TV series, the venue offers a unique combination of stylish decor, immersive storytelling, and high-end hospitality. My role was to ensure that every guest felt welcomed, engaged, and had an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrived. I played a pivotal role in creating a welcoming, energetic environment that made guests feel like they were stepping into the world of Peaky Blinders, enhancing customer satisfaction and repeat visits.I contributed to an increase in positive customer feedback and reviews by consistently delivering high-quality service and attention to detail during busy nights and events.I also developed excellent communication and multitasking skills, which allowed me to handle multiple guest needs simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
