My name is Olivia Dean, and I am a senior at Fordham University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Marketing. Throughout my experience in high school and college, I have gathered client-oriented experience, research, and leadership roles, which have shaped me into the more knowledgeable and skilled person that I am today. This privilege of acquiring experience in various areas has taught me to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and balance time-sensitive priorities and critical thinking with excellent communication and time management skills. As I enter my final year of college, my experience has led me to shift my passion for Psychology and Marketing skills to help people in businesses succeed. I am particularly interested in Human Resources, Consulting, and Marketing because these fields allow me to use my analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact. I am especially interested in roles that will allow me to use my skills to analyze data to identify marketing trends and opportunities, manage human resources processes, and provide communication services to businesses.
