Try a class or contact me about my retreats and corporate away days.After 17 years working in the corporate world working in Fashion retail within Merchandising I decided to retrain into the fitness industry, to help people living within bodies which are painful, broken and feeling burn out.I have now successfully ran my fitness business Fitwoman.co.uk for 10 years. Starting in Dubai in 2013 I built a fitness community, running bootcamps, Personal Training and post natal classes. I returned back to the UK in 2018 adding PILATES and GP Referral to my skills set.I now run face to face classes, one to one sessions, Live Pilates classes on ZOOM, retreats and corporate away days, workshops and classes.
