I was responsible for several professionalization processes within the company like implementing three management systems across different sectors; optimizing logistical and administrative processes. As a significant part of my role, I worked on developing marketing communication strategies and public relations. Additionally, I managed client portfolios including supermarket chains such as Zona Sul and Hortifruti, as well as other stores and delicatessens. The last project, and perhaps the most successful one I implemented, was the creation of the trademarketing department and management of a team of 14 people, bringing significant results to the company.
