My role required me to create anything from business cards to large format banners whilst ensuring they were print ready with the correct layout, bleed and margins. I worked directly with clients constructing both promotional and informative graphics, liaising with the customers to make sure that the design follows their brand guidelines and that they were happy with the outcome. I then saw the graphics through to the print and production stages working with different materials and using the appropriate machinery to create the required outcome. Part of my role was to organise and process orders where no artwork was required, ensuring they were in the correct format and print ready. Attention to detail and organisation was key in this role.

Harrogate

At Cattleman’s I worked in a team to provide fantastic customer service in a busy restaurant. I escorted customers to their tables, presenting the menu and ensuring that they were happy. My role involved taking orders as well as serving food and drink to customers. I dealt with any customer concerns and complaints, ensuring that they were happy with the outcome. I also prepared bills and took payments off customers making sure everything was correct.
