This role significantly improved my organisation and communication skills through organising multiple busy calendars, working as part of a team and liaising with multiple clients in order to book appointments. While working here my responsibilities included: Calling clients to arrange appointments; updating outlook calendars and spreadsheets; determining which inspections were still required and find time time to effectively fit them in.

This job allowed me to enhance my office skills, by answering emails, liaising with suppliers, organising hosts for events, processing payments and completing duties within a specific deadline.
