As part of the wider Engagement division at Ara, the Youth and Community team engage directly with schools, community groups and students to deliver activities and events related to studying at Ara. This involves presentations, campus tours, and onsite events for specific programmes on offer. My role involved looking after a portfolio of schools (local and nationwide), and community groups, offering events to educate students on the options available to them within Ara.

Sourced are IT recruitment specialists and work exclusively in support of developing and maintaining effective IT and Technology function within businesses. I had been volunteering at Life Matters since July 2018, and for a few months took on a paid contract role to plan, document and create modules for an online training platform for Peer Supporters. This was part of a new training process and plan for Peer Supporters that I had helped establish.
