Led all streams bought on by the new Financial Advice Regime for AIA. Including Legalapplications and contracts, Supervision (QFE and aligned channel) process and advice document enhancements, technology change, internal/external business change and change management.

Project role to analyse the current state of investments, risk, compliance, reporting and systems in order to propose a future state target operating model to align AIA NZ to AIA Group following the acquisition of Sovereign Insurance by AIA.• Current state deep dive analysis• Perform gap analysis between the current state versus the AIA Group requirements• Formulate multiple future state options that include risk, benefit and cost analysis.• Propose a future state AIA Group Investments Target Operating Model while meeting local requirements.

My departure I was asked by the Commercial Manager at Billabong to stay on for a further 6 months to complete a HRIS project I was involved in previously as the HR Manager. There was a decision to roll out the HRIS in phases. I managed the first phase and this was to implement a new; Payroll, Time & Attendance and Leave Management system & procedures to the business. Project included: - The lead on the roll out of Zambion -a cloud-based Payroll system- for the entire NZ business. - Project planning - Testing of both the historic and new systems - Implementation of the system - Training all relevant stakeholders across the business - Trouble shooting - Assisting development of the system - Managing all communication to the business

Providing assistance and advice to a wide range of customers including head office staff, Franchisees and Restaurant employees.
