I recently graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration, coupled with a Philosophy minor, a Science, Technology and Society specialization, and a focus in creative writing and communication. I am excited to be bringing my unique perspective and skillset to the professional world. During my academic career, I discovered the value of crossing disciplinary boundaries to solve complex problems, honing my skills in interdisciplinary communication and collaboration, critical thinking, all the while engaging in a degree that required me to adapt to and accommodate for ever-changing parameters. I gained practical experience through collaborative design projects and independent research while applying my learning to my own private projects. From researching the psychological and therapeutic properties of psychedelic drugs to writing my own historical fiction retelling of the myth of Iphigenia - my education provided me with a breadth of experience and skills that I am eager to apply as I begin my next chapter.I am passionate about creative writing and am particularly interested in opportunities that allow me to utilize my communication skills. I am also a keen editor and am eager to gain experience in copyediting and content editing. I excel in building strong interpersonal relationships and fostering a collaborative environment, even in challenging situations.
