I source all clients for recruiting campaigns using linked-in sales nav. My job is to find only the most qualified people who are right for the role. We focus on filling positions in the architectural, HR, and engineering world.

I was one of the top BDRs at Auvik, was known for having a "non-sales" sales pitch and consistently was in the 75%+ range of hitting quota.I made 65 dials a day speaking to a mix of inbound/outbound leads. I also had to qualify the leads before they met with AEs.I used Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft for most of my outreach. I also created my own cadence's in order to build pipeline.I left Auvik because I moved to Montreal, and they currently do not support any employees in Quebec.

I love working with animals! I help the doctors manage their appointments, take key vital measurements and even assist with basic medical procedures. I also spend a lot of time speaking with owners and discussing medication and basic pet care.

I did door-to-door sales for College Pro--a window cleaning service.My job was to give pitches, collect signatures and do the actual window washing. It was a great experience. I learned to overcome a ton of rejection, and it helped make me a more fearless person, even with a few doors slammed in my face.
