Current• Provides Program Management support to clients by overseeing two contract teams, managing performance, establishing knowledge management systems, creating Standard Operation Procedures, managing travel and contract budgets, developing trainings, and sharing subject matter expertise. • Leads the development and implementation of an excel-based risk assessment tool designed to measure the risk reduction and return on investments for transit agencies in major U.S. cities. Collaborates with these agencies to maximize their funding and address risks, while also helping the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) demonstrate the impact of their grant dollars to Congress and the White House. • Established high profile cross-sector partnerships and advisory councils to achieve goals such as addressing Counter Terrorism and Targeted Violence (CTTV) milestones and providing best practices to the Federal School Safety Clearinghouse.• Assisted with the development of the small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) Security Branch and the implementation of the School Safety Task Force within Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to prevent and mitigate emerging cyber and physical threats. • Lead outreach and capacity building efforts to provide subject matter expertise to federal, state and local partners on emerging UAS threats and counter-UAS capabilities through security briefings, webinars, public awareness campaigns, nation-wide security exercises, and public-private sector councils. • Assisted international governments with creating a counter terrorism national action plan by reviewing legal frameworks and identifying security gaps. Coordinated with federal and international stakeholders, provided a comprehensive analysis of existing national action plans, and created guidelines to facilitate the development of a new framework.
