Hi, I'm Olivia Loding! I currently attend Oakland University's School of Business Administration with a major in marketing. I'm also in the Alpha Sigma Tau, Delta Tau chapter where I am the Vice President of Organization Development and Director of Structured Recruitment. Recently, I've accepted a position as Campus Manager for my university through South By Seas. In my position, VP of Organization Development, I oversee our version of standards and asses risks associated with any events we hold such as our philanthropy events, semi-formals/formals, sisterhoods, and socials. Along with this, I submit contracts to the Alpha Sigma Tau headquarters for approval and help adjust contract agreements as needed. In my Director of Structured Recruitment position, I helped lead our chapter through recruitment training with workshop presentations, spirit day presentations, and arranged practice events with alumni. During the recruitment process I submitted lists to our Panhellenic Council for review while also making sure active members felt comfortable and calm during the recruitment weekend.As a Campus Manager for South By Seas, I serve organizations and clubs across campus in helping them look their best for their events! I help walk them through the process of designing apparel and ordering. Through this role, I must form relationships with my customers and maintain that relationship through frequent contact. I also provide the best customer service possible to keep them coming back to South By Seas for all their apparel needs.
