As an intern at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital, I am gaining valuable experience in the health care administration and management field. I am applying my customer service and sales skills that I developed as a brand representative at Altar'd State, where I increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. I am also involved in the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, where I served as the bid day chair and organized events and activities for new members. I am pursuing a Bachelors of Health Services degree from Florida Atlantic University, with a focus on health care administration and management. I have completed the Responsible Conduct of Research certification from CITI Program, and I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of health care services. I am eager to learn from the professionals at Baptist Health, and to contribute to their mission of providing compassionate and innovative care to the community.
