As a customer service representative at the law office, I am in charge of the proper daily function of the office. Such as filing of documents, assist clients and help them to fill out documents. I am in charge of the petty cash, another daily task that I do is to process cases for referral to other attorneys and I also process released cases. Always maintaining a good customer service.

My main responsibility was to keep in a good way the general duties of the purchasing department. Such as filing documents, answering phones and also following up internal customer requisitions until create them into purchase orders, another responsibility was to place orders with suppliers and to assure that the material arrives properly to my customers. Another daily task was to make bundling orders in order to obtain a better negotiation margin and to achieve a cost reduction. I gave daily support to different departments with a very positive and proactive attitude, for example to the accounts payable department, helping them to solve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, in order to speed up the payment process. I have good communication skills, I work well under pressure and I have experience on manage new and multiple projects simultaneously.
